The project installed a flushing line to allow client to flush approximately 550 barrels of naphtha back into the tanks. A new line tied into the naphtha loading arms on the dock and ran along the dock, dock pipe rack, and across River Road and tie into the spillback lines from pumps.

Additionally, the project installed a flushing line to allow client to flush approximately 125 barrels of ULSD. This scope mitigated the mixing of ULSD with R99 when loading at the dock. The flushing line ran from the Dock 2 Diesel loading arms and hoses and tied into an existing ULSD line on the batture.
